1. Who we are

ClickPoint Kenya operates an online marketplace. Some goods are sold by ClickPoint. Others are sold by independent vendors. The seller name on the product page is the contracting seller for that item.

2. Accounts

You must be able to form a contract in Kenya. Keep your password secret. We may freeze an account that looks compromised, abusive, or fraudulent.

3. Orders and prices

Prices are in Kenyan Shillings and include VAT where required. An order is accepted only after we receive successful payment confirmation from Paystack. Catalog errors can be cancelled and refunded.

4. Delivery

Delivery windows are estimates (Nairobi typically 24–48 hours after handover, other counties 48–96 hours). Risk in the goods passes when the parcel is delivered or collected from a staffed hub if that option is used.

5. Returns

Returns follow the returns policy and the seller’s product notes. Marketplace sellers approve or refuse returns; ClickPoint can step in through a dispute.

6. Prohibited use

Do not scrape the catalog at scale, post illegal listings, or interfere with payments and logistics. We may remove content and withhold payouts where the law or these terms require it.

7. Liability

We are not liable for delays caused by the customer being unreachable, force majeure, or vendor stock errors we could not reasonably know. Nothing in these terms limits liability that Kenyan law does not allow us to limit.

8. Law

Kenyan law applies. Nairobi courts have jurisdiction, without limiting your statutory consumer rights. See also our privacy notice.
