Pay with Visa or Mastercard on a secure hosted checkout. ClickPoint does not store your full card number.
M-Pesa and Airtel Money labels you may see in older screens are not a live STK push. Do not expect a prompt on your phone until we announce those methods.
If payment fails, try another card or contact your bank. Your cart is kept until the unpaid order expires.
Need a receipt? Open the order in your account after payment. For billing questions write to help@clickpointkenya.com with your order number.
